Alison Farley

Alison has worked for John Ball & Associates for many years, as a nurse, receptionist, and latterly as Admin Manager at Cobham, so these days she is mainly involved with the office work. Alison is also a qualified Pet Health Counsellor and still enjoys advising owners about puppy care and training, behaviour, weight loss and nutrition, flea control, etc.  She usually has her new Poodle Lulu and Sammy the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel at work with her, and also has a ginger cat at home called Reggie.

Jo Williams

Jo is our part-time receptionist on Fridays and Saturdays. Jo has is currently undertaking a Zoology degree course at university. Good luck Jo! She often has her lively Old English Sheepdog cross Flossie at work with her, and has two young children at home.
