Consultations/Healthcare Services

Veterinary Consultations at times of accident or illness, etc.

The Vet will take details of the pet’s previous and current medical history, as well as presenting symptoms.

Where necessary, further investigations such as blood tests, x-rays, etc., will also be taken to enable the Vet to reach a diagnosis.

Nurses Clinics

Weight clinic, puppy clinic, nutritional advice, children’s pets, senior wellness & mobility, dental check-ups, nail clipping - mostly free of charge at mutually convenient times.

PETS Passports and Export Certification

Rabies vaccination, rabies blood tests, fit-to-fly and all the necessary certification are available at all John Ball & Associates surgeries. Please ask for information in plenty of time before anticipated trips.

Preventative Medicine

Vaccinations, worming, flea and other parasite control, nail clipping, also identi-chipping. We also offer 'Senior Pet' blood and urine testing.

Waiting Room Sales

All branches are stocked with a variety of products including Hill's Science Plan foods, other pet foods, accessories, pet-care products. N.B. Items and brands stocked varies from branch to branch.
